Gregory Elias Bennett

I would NEVER recommend this wannabe! Bennett probably lives in his mother's basement. He is a weasel who the judges and other lawyers see as a joke. How he has not yet been disbarred is beyond me! The guy takes court appointed cases because nobody in their right mind would hire him. Check out a...ll the appeals he has lost online. What a psycho! DO NOT keep this guy if he is ever assigned to be your court appointed attorney. The only good you can get from it would be to appeal under ineffective council!

This is attorney, Greg Bennett. I felt compelled to reply to my two poor reviews on this site. Please note that I did not give myself high reviews, because I felt as though that would be inappropriate and self serving. I would simply like to say that even though my practice is not limited to chi...ld neglect/termination cases, I do take a number of these cases. Sadly, many of the parents that I represent lose. However, as their attorney, I cannot pee in a cup for them or erase the mental deficiencies that plagued them in the first place. As for the first complaintant, the Board Complaint (filed by her) was dismissed summarily. As for both, they both now have new attorneys, but neither have custody of their child. I invite anyone seeking a review of my legal practice to contact me. I will be happy to provide you with hundreds of clients who are very pleased with my services. Thank you.

First i have to say that everyone doesnt win, but as of being there for me and my husband he was always trying and looking for new ways and things to prove the case. He belived in us which made a huge difference as we knew that we had not done anything wrong or to deserve what happened. Greg always ...answered and called back and always answered any questions we had. As court appointed attorney i was very pleased with his work! I would like to thank him very much for everything he has done and is still doing. Thank You very much! I would highly recommend him for the case because he tried very hard and worked very hard on our case and had a positive attitude it was great having him as an attorney!

I have worked with Mr. Bennet on more than one case and even though he is very busy he always gets back to me and answers any questions I have. He is an amazing lawyer. I don't understand why reviews are bad on him just because he didn't win. You can never win them all. Mr. Bennet works very ...hard for his clients and has the child or children's best interest at heart always. He is a straight forward person and will tell you how it is.
