This is attorney, Greg Bennett. I felt compelled to reply to my two poor reviews on this site. Please note that I did not give myself high reviews, because I felt as though that would be inappropriate and self serving. I would simply like to say that even though my practice is not limited to chi...ld neglect/termination cases, I do take a number of these cases. Sadly, many of the parents that I represent lose. However, as their attorney, I cannot pee in a cup for them or erase the mental deficiencies that plagued them in the first place. As for the first complaintant, the Board Complaint (filed by her) was dismissed summarily. As for both, they both now have new attorneys, but neither have custody of their child.
