Biography

My legal experience is backed up by extensive sales and customer service experience with two of the largest forest products companies in the the world. This work taught me how to assess a client's particular needs and goals, develop solutions, negotiate with difficult parties, and to make persuasive presentations before decision-makers. These skills learned years ago have served me well in my legal career, whether the case calls for informal negotiations, mediation, or trial. The bottom line: I will return your call, I will proactively keep you informed as to the status of your case, I will be prepared, and I will always level with you. I am primarily serving Knox, Blount and Sevier Counties, but happy to discuss other Counties.
