Ms. Brady’s dream has always been to help families and children. After years of experience working for other attorneys and watching the emotional trauma caused by legal proceedings, Ms. Brady knew there had to be a better way. Ms. Brady met an attorney of like mind and when the opportunity presented, Ms. Brady and Ms. Patrick opened Brady Patrick Family and Juvenile Law. Ms. Brady’s philosophy is to provide family focused representation to our clients so that they might achieve superior outcomes while minimizing the emotional trauma and impact that litigation has on their families. Ms. Brady is excited to see her advocacy skills put to use helping families and children.
Ms. Brady was born and raised in Kentucky. Ms. Brady’s undergraduate degree is in Accounting, and she has nearly fifteen (15) years of experience in accounting and office management. After teaching in a private school for several years, Ms. Brady took a position as a legal assistant for a local attorney in Sevierville. It is from this position that Ms. Brady began to learn and study law.
In 2009, Ms. Brady was accepted into the Inaugural Class of Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law. Ms. Brady continued her employment in the legal field while pursuing her law degree during the evenings. Ms. Brady earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from LMU Duncan School of Law in 2013 with a concentration in Domestic Relations. During her tenure at Duncan School of Law, Ms. Brady was named to the Dean’s List in the Fall of 2009, Fall of 2011 and Fall of 2012. In addition, Ms. Brady was ranked first in the following classes; Juvenile Law, Education Law, and Lawyering Skills IV. Ms. Brady successfully completed the Tennessee Bar Examination in 2013 and has been licensed to practice law since October 19, 2013.
Ms. Brady resides with her husband, four children, four cats, and two dogs in the Tri-Cities where she enjoys spending time with her family and being involved with her church and community. Ms. Brady’s passion for families and children is evident in her work ethic and daily life.
