The man has not behaved professionally, responsiblely, or ethically. Has not collaborated with me on responses or arrangements for mediation, has been highly inaccurate (damaging) in those responses, and has not been truthful in counsel with me in matters that compromise my position in negotiations.... I found him to be rude upon any inquiry to what issues are to be tackled, responses to be weak, and ineffectual in the court room. He wasted much more money writing letters to the other attorney than preparing responses and counterclaims and has worsened our position in response to a very weak opposition, to 'appease' them. Finally he was unprepared for argument in court. He seems to lack the ability to understand the clients perspective and doesn't take what has been prepared forward into actions, legal instruments, or into court proceedings, but 'guesses' at the facts in the case. I found him belligerent when asked to correct his responses to be accurate and will have to seek new counsel to dig out the deep hole he has left me in.
