Mr. Byrd seemed great in our initial meeting. When it came time to get statted on our divorce, Mr. Byrd took his time filing paperwork and my ex wife's attorney filed before us.
Mr. Byrd was professional at all times, but did not appear to have any "fight" in him. He appeared to just be going through the motions. Mr. Byrd knew what I wanted from day one, but argued with me more than he was willing to argue with her attorney, even telling me to "shut up" when he felt I was being unreasonable in my requests.
My ex-wife abandoned our child for 2 years for a life of partying and showed up to our initial divorce proceedings pregnant. I had pictures, text messages, etc to prove every claim I had made. I had texts from her saying she didn't want anything to do with our son, she just wanted to move on with her life.
Thanks to Mr. Byrd, she was awarded half custody and I pay her child support every month. When I was informed by Mr Byrd ai would have to pay her child support, I wasn't happy after 2 yrs of supporting him alone. When I asked where my child support was for the past 2 yrs was when Mr Byrd told me to shut up.
He seemed to have his mind made up thst everything would be split in half regardless and advised me to settle for much, much less than I had requested.
