I hired Mr. Click when he work at Goble law firm in Clarksville, TN. He mad some very fatal mistakes in my case that cost me custody of my daughter. I hired him after separation of my ex wife, he had just passed the bar and was confident, almost arrogant at first, so I trusted him. He used little to ...no evidence that I provided and never filed a motion for child support while I was a single parent. He allowed my ex wife and her new fiancé to lie without consequence even with very clear evidence. Her fiancé testified to being a licensed real estate agent in TN. After I lost the case I found out that his license had been revoked and had lied to the court. He also would ask a question or two and sit down, he was vague and didn't prepare for the case at all. He acted as if my case wasn't important to him whatsoever. He wouldn't return called and even cussed my mother when she called to get info. The Judge even mocked him in court by asking "Mr Click feel free to anything" he just sat there. Since I lost my ex wife's attorney wrote the parenting plan, which he signed without even checking for accuracy, I ended up payin 1/2 my monthly income for a year before I could get his mistake corrected, he caused my extreme hardship. I read the other review and almost thought I reviewed already. Do NOT hire this attorney he is lazy, incompetent and just doing have the minerals to be a good lawyer. He is a total pushover. Family law is not for the faint of heart and Mr. Click has earned his reputation for being a weak lawyer.

Representing me in my divorce case and custody I had given him emails , voice mails , pictures and so forth to support my allegations against my ex in the divorce and custody Upon many occasion my rights were violated as were my children's by their mother I for months at a time would ask for a e...ffort to expose this in court "Contempt" or something But nothing It went on for months and months The trial came During the trial he had asked me "write down some questions " I wrote down 20 questions to ask the other party He asked only 1 I was asked many questions by the other attorney There were several inconsistent statements in my adversaries remarks He never asked her but one question did not follow up with any cross examination Never looked into back grounds Which I found out later with a different attorney It was an awful experience Made even worse by this attorney After spending $$$ thousands of dollars I lost my case , I let him Go ASAP I would not recommend him represent any one in a hearing I lost precious time money and the minors involved were severely mentally damaged as well
