I was assured my Mr Costner that upon filing for a deferment on my case with a no contest plea, i would only have to face a restitution fine and unsupervised probation, if any probation. I get to court just to have him refuse to speak to me before going in front of the judge and then i was FORCED int...o a guilty plea even though we agreed on a no contest plea which resulted in supervised probation for a year, an incredibly HUGE fine, and being banned from a store that had NOTHING to do with our case! I will NEVER again use Joe Costner nor will i recommend him to even my enemies!
