Very Competent
Frank Santore is a strong and forceful advocate for his clients. He handled my case for legal malpractice when no one else would and our settlement was much more than I expected. His strong advocacy doesn't sit well with the "establishment" but he cares about his clients.

Interstate Trucker
Frank may have had some personal issues in the past, but I have had nothing but a great relationship with him since 2011. He has help me keep our drivers on the road and supporting their families. He is knowledgable, caring and compasionate. I recommend him to anyone with traffic violations.

“In 2010, I received a suspension for a 2008 incident where, in a manic episode, I threw a cup of coffee across a courtroom in our local courthouse (before court started and before the judge arrived) and then caused vandalism by ripping the bannister off a stairwell. Our BPR suspended me based largely on my two prior incidents listed below. It was this incident that brought me to the realization that I needed help. BECAUSE OF THESE REAL LIFE EXPERIENCES, I THINK I CAN EMPATHIZE WITH MOST OF U!”

“In 2008, I was censured for an incident where, after a defendant in a civil lawsuit, who had run over my secretary, causing injuries from which she later died, had evaded service of process in Biloxi, MIssissippi, I made one telephone call to her and made what could be construed as threats of violence toward her. Defendant was eventually arrested for felony welfare fraud in Ohio, and, after serving her sentence there, was extradicted to Tennessee and pled guilty to a felony here.”
