Stay away from this attorney!! He talks big and makes promises that he refuses to keep!! Not to mention, he charges an arm and a leg for his failed services. He didn't show up for my custody court date - which was his first court appearance representing me. Not only did he not show up, he lied as ...to why he wasn't there- claiming his "car broke down" (which I later found out that his then-wife's parents were in town from out of State and he decided to visit with them instead). Then, after having to compromise and represent myself in this hearing- "Mr. Randolph" refused to return my prepaid deposit and fees. Really? Stay as far away from this attorney as possible!

The worst by far attorney I have ever dealt with. I had to constantly call and ask for updates and always received the answering service. Never a return call. Went to court 3 times only to have it canceled and rescheduled each time. He acted like it was a big joke and took my money I paid him. He nev...er done the job I paid him to do! I had to fire him using the answering service. Stay clear of this Attorney!
