Jason Shane Randolph

I hired Jason Randolph for a DUI case that was over 2 years old. I had already hired council and paid out $16,000, at that time I was ask to pay an additional $15,000 to have him continue to represent me. I was unable to pay $31,000 to fight this charge. So, I called Jason and he took my case before ...I was even able to pay him. Then he got my court case postponed for several months until I am able to pay him to represent me. Jason helped me with child custody, my daughters mother was only wanting me to see my child every other weekend, obiovusly that is not enough time to spend with your child, now thanks to Jason and the good Lord above i get to spend equal time with my daughter. Stay away from this attorney!! He talks big and makes promises that he refuses to keep!! Not to mention, he charges an arm and a leg for his failed services. He didn't show up for my custody court date - which was his first court appearance representing me. Not only did he not show up, he lied as ...to why he wasn't there- claiming his "car broke down" (which I later found out that his then-wife's parents were in town from out of State and he decided to visit with them instead). Then, after having to compromise and represent myself in this hearing- "Mr. Randolph" refused to return my prepaid deposit and fees. Really? Stay as far away from this attorney as possible!
