My wife slipped on a turned over drink that was left on the floor of a high end restaurant in Knoxville and broke her leg. All the big firms in Knoxville would not take the case, saying that slip and falls are very hard to prove/win in a court of law. I found Mr. Randolph through an old college buddy....
