Lyndsey M. Phillips

Lyndsey M. Phillips is an attorney who is focused on helping the people in her community through divorce proceedings, custody disputes, criminal charges, juvenile court proceedings, and many other legal matters. Born and raised in Anderson County, Briceville to be more specific, Lyndsey’s goal is to give back to her community by providing excellent legal representation.

Lyndsey focused on criminal law while in law school at LMU Duncan School of Law and completed an externship with top defense attorneys in Knox County. After graduating summa cum laude and second in her law school class, Lyndsey began her solo practice which focused primarily in juvenile court proceedings and criminal charges in Anderson County. She joined Biloski & Miller in September 2022. She now provides legal representation in divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and criminal charges, both adult and juvenile in several counties including Anderson, Knox, Campbell, Roane, and Morgan. Lyndsey understands the importance of communication throughout her clients’ individual cases and strives to make sure her clients are informed every step of the way.

When she is not representing clients, Lyndsey enjoys traveling, salsa dancing, meeting with her book club, and spending time with friends and family. She can often be found at the dog park with her two rescue dogs, Bear and Garth. Lyndsey also enjoys giving back to her community through service projects with her legal fraternity brothers and sisters. Her favorite time of the year is football season in the Fall when she can always be found cheering on the Vols.
