Henry Daniel Forrester III

I hired Daniel for my divorce and to establish child support. He made me believe he would be able to help me but then did NOTHING. I wish I had a dollar for every call and text I sent asking when papers would be filed. 17 months later I was not getting any support, working 2 jobs 7 days a week, neve...r getting to spend time with my child. His negligence caused missed school functions, ball games, most importantly….quality time with my baby. I was unable to attend church for over a year because I had never had a day off. I complained to friends about how things were going and learned that others had the same trouble. Then I learned he was let go from a previous firm for poor work ethics, let me preface this with the fact I checked him out before I took out a loan to pay him a retainer and was told he was the “best in Clinton.” I went weeks without hearing from him and finally gave up. I was eventually able to save up enough money to hire a different attorney and get a divorce. When you hire an attorney and pay them thousands and get nothing in return, that’s stealing. I recently drove through a portion of Anderson County recently and saw that he was running for Chancellor. It literally enraged me knowing what he has done to me and other clients but thinks he deserves a six figure tax payer funded job. Daniel Forrester does not deserve to hold the title of Chancellor. He doesn’t deserve to practice law when he’s robbed single moms of their hard earned money. As a Christian I try to give grace when I’m treated poorly. I don’t even like posting a bad review, but I felt convicted to share my experience after seeing he wants to rule over areas of law that he cannot practice in successfully.

Mr. Daniel Forrester was such a disappointment. After paid a substantial retainer fee, he never returned calls and was always late for court appearances. He lied to me and his staff did as well. He was not worth the money and he didn't follow through with filings and paperwork which made the outcome ...of my divorce being very unfavorable. I felt like I was very unimportant and that i annoyed him and his staff. They were so nice when I went for the consult but within a week of being paid they were not returning calls and not following through with whT they said they would do. I would NOT recommend Mr. Forrester to anyone, I just wish my ex wife had had him instead of me.
