We recently moved to the area from another state. We engaged Mr. Anderson to prepare three Wills - one for each of us and a friend who also moved here. We also engaged him to craft three Living Wills and Powers of Attorney.
He was prompt, thorough, carefully advising us of pitfalls and traps, demonstrating a thorough understanding of both Tennessee statutes and case law, and friendly throughout the process.
His charges were fair and reasonable. As a CPA I am used to dealing with attorneys, and Mr. Anderson is exceptional.

Made an appointment and got in the same day. In less than an hour Mr. Anderson had taken care of everything I had requested and somethings I had not thought of. A very good experience. Gave me reasons why one of my requests was not benefical to me. Had all the answers. His office staff was also very helpful. I will reccommend him to anyone that needs this area of law. Very professional.
