We hired Robert for a motor vehicle accident claim. My wife was hit head on, wasn't at fault, ended up spending 5 days in the hospital and 5 days in a rehab facility. His first concern was always how my wife was doing and her recovery. He guided us through the process and provided service with our be...st interest, not his. He always presented with the options and possible outcomes from the decisions we would be making. The person that hit us was under-insured and helped us with utilizing our under insured policy.

After a long custody battle, we still did not change anything. Mr. Black did not fight hard enough nor did he even try to produce any evidence that we had gathered. He let the opposing lawyer and defendant lie and commit perjury. In the end we were left broken and broke. His rates are outrageous and ...charges his clients for every tiny thing (over $6000 for nothing). He wouldn't even stay after court to speak to us, because he needed to pick up his child; not professional considering we were fighting for child custody. We would not recommend him for custody matters, especially high conflict ones.
