Case involved allegations that my client engaged in assaultive behavior after pursuing another motor vehicle. Allegations were made that my client made physical contact in his motor vehicle with the ot ... her motor vehicle resulting in an accident with with property damage and injury. After defense investigation, including obtaining witness and alleged victim statement, the charges were dismissed as to two individuals and the third charge was reduced to Reckless Driving, a B Misdemeanor offense to which client entered a "No Contest" plea. Upon completion of fines/costs and judicial diversion, in 6 months, the reckless driving, as well as all records may be dismissed in full and expunged from all records.
