When he returned to this area, Frankie started practicing law with his father, a former Sullivan County Circuit Court Judge. Frankie’s original goal was to become a prosecutor as he had prosecuted cases in a clinic while in law school. After law school, his job was going to be as a prosecutor for the First Judicial District under David Crockett. However, the position for an additional assistant attorney general was not funded. Accordingly, Frankie and his father started a Bristol TN law firm together.
