I needed a lawyer & a neighbor told me about this office. They had some property issues a few years back & said Mr. Culp did a good job for them. So I went to his office and it was a completey different story. He doesn't return calls. If you do get through to him, theres no progress & he makes e...xcuses about being busy & he's going to do something or other, but he doesn't. His office does not look that busy like he's got a million other customers, but for some reason, he won't remember the details of your case. Anytime we actualy had a conversation, it's like I had to start from the beginning and explain every detail again, what he said to me last time etc. I think he's basically a nice guy, but if you need to see him for 10 minutes in his office, he will talk your ear off about about stuff that's got nothing to do with you & it takes forever to get out of there. Save yourself a headache & find someplace that will DO something for you instead of just talking about it.
