Rodney and his office completed our estate planning. We found his fees to be very reasonable but most importantly his expertise and experience guided us through the process. It was very time efficient as well. Saw the other reviews complaining about computer generated documents. I would have no p...roblem recommending him to friends and family. Fantastic job.

His office originally set up estate accounts for our family and did not hesitate to charge a substantial fee for computer generated programs and a fancy binder. When changes and addenda were needed, his office was unresponsive. I have repeatedly called this office and got only promises to return ...calls. When he finally did call, he pretended he could not hear me (I could hear him fine, with no telephone static or interference) and finally hung up on me. I cannot recommend him at all. The staff in the office sound enthusiastic and promise that calls will be returned, but they will not be. Look elsewhere before hiring this firm.

I am a big Michigan fan and was happy he went to school there so I felt confident at first with him.He comes on strong like he is this great lawyer and then he takes your money and doesn't do anything for you.He drug out my simple estate planning for several months.Seriously, I fired him because he n...ever did what we agreed on and what I hired him to do.I asked him about my billing and he was furious that I was questioning him.He did not return my phone calls or emails (his assistants did). I never saw any other client in his office. I think I was his only client, maybe that's why he charged me so much? I was way over billed and had to hire another lawyer to clean up his mess. The new lawyer got everything done in a month and charged me half of what I had already paid Klein for no results. Don't I repeat don't hire this guy.
