About Andrew

Learn Andrew’s areas of practice.

I view my role as listener, advisor, and counselor. I particularly enjoy learning my client’s business and becoming a member of the “team.” Whether working together to negotiate a contract or lease, limit liability, create policies and procedures, document an arrangement, create an entity, deal with an agency, or manage a human resources question, my goal is to serve the client’s needs.

I enjoy the challenge of assisting the business with legal questions. Often, there is a better resolution that allows the parties to retain autonomy and limit expense. My most satisfying results have been achieved behind closed doors without fanfare. However, we are always ready to litigate when a matter must be handled that way, and we pride ourselves on preparation and results.

President & CEO
Andy has advised our organization on HR/employment issues for many years. He is always quick to respond and his guidance has always been accurate. Furthermore, Andy supports our region through unequalled community service and a most sincere desire to improve the lives of others. My personal list of top 10 leaders with whom I have worked or served includes Mr. Andy Wampler.

Excellent
Mr. Wampler was my counselor for a personal civil action from a previous employer about contractual obligations. He was excellent in discussions, and direction. When the previous employer tried to obtain a junction against me to keep me from working he quickly responded and won the dispute. When I was nervous or I had questions I did not understand he was always patient prompt and quick to get back to me. He was completely professional but also approachable which helps when navigating the complexity of the legal system. Excellent attorney highly recommend. Most importantly he won our case with no negative outcome for myself or future employment.

Recommendation for Mr. Wampler
I have contacted Mr. Wampler regarding Human Resource issues for which I needed a quick answer. In all instances, he was quick to let me know approximately how much time it would take and when he expected to have an answer back to me. He followed up in a timely manner, kept me informed, and had the answers back to me in the time he had designated. He provided a verbal answer and followed up with a written response. His prompt responses enabled me to make Human Resource decisions with the confidence that they were the right decisions and would be strongly supported from a legal standpoint if it came to that.
