My family retained Jerry Fabus to represent our son in a legal matter and now realize the outcome could not have been worse had my son choose to represent himself. Jerry never conducted one face-face meeting with my son prior to court. Jerry filed motions without consent from my son. Furthermore, Jer...ry failed to inform my son of his need to hire a court recorder so there is no official record of court proceedings; this fact eliminated any chance of success on appeal to a higher court. And it would take 4 sentences to explain why he shouldn't have got offended at the first sentence. Refused to do any homework on the case with 2 we...eks until court hearing. Would Not hear any evidence i dug up. His strategy is to take the 1st plea that comes his way. He was unable to see through the opposing councils lies and exaggerations and would believe the opposing councils gossip %100 over my facts.. Has even admitted to me in an email that, If you wanna fight this case, I am Not you Guy. So, If you need someone to take the 1st plea offered and Not fight for you,,, but give You resistance at every step you try to make,,, Jerry is your guy.
