I regularly advise and represent management in all areas of employment law, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, affirmative action, retaliatory discharge, and individual employee rights issues.
