Biography
I am a trial lawyer in the firm's litigation and intellectual property sections. My practice is focused on intellectual property litigation, business litigation, products liability and insurance defense. As lead trial counsel and as a part of CB&S's litigation team, I have litigated a number of trademark, copyright, patent, product liability, and business litigation cases in courts throughout the United States.
I volunteer my time as a pro bono attorney, including through Legal Aid of East Tennessee.
