I hired Frager Kliner PLLC 6 months ago to handle an immigration case that has no room for error and sense of urgency. Since then they've turned over attorneys and I've no idea who's assigned to me as well as the expert level of the new attorney. When I contacted them all I got is one big unknown; it...'s as if their internals don't know what they are doing. So I didn't get a sense of assurance of my case and certainly did not get any sense of urgency from them. Instead I feel like I'm doing all the chasing, both the attorney and USCIS, and they are just there to collect money. I'd caution anyone who has a delicate case to really consider other attorneys.-
