I contacted Mike because a close friend was dying of cancer, and I wanted to take over his and his wife's house mortgage so the husband could die knowing that his wife and eventually his sons would keep this home. The couple found Mike to be very knowledgeable, understanding, a good listener, and ve...ry easy to work with in creating a private lender/loan document that we all felt great about. I worked with Mike by phone (from Massachusetts) and had a similar excellent experience. My friend died soon thereafter, and Michael's part in helping ease a very loving and courageous man's death was significant.
