Joshua Drew Clements

Drew, a native of Chattanooga, graduated from Lee University with honors in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Prior to attending law school, Drew worked briefly in the transportation industry meeting the needs of truck drivers. He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law in 2019 with high honors. Ranking fourth in his class, Drew was admitted into the school’s honor society, Cooper’s Inn, and earned top performance awards in several courses including, Wills, Remedies, Conflict of Laws, and Domestic Relations. After working briefly for a medical malpractice defense firm in Nashville while in school, Drew returned home to Chattanooga to focus on a general litigation practice.

Drew mainly helps clients in divorce, probate and estate planning, and bankruptcy. However, Drew also aids clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, business planning, and landlord/tenant issues. His goal in your legal representation is to work diligently and cost-efficiently, knowing that you are facing a period of overwhelming change. Some cases call for collaboration, while others require a firm hand in dealing with litigants. Drew is licensed in both Tennessee state and federal courts surrounding the Chattanooga area where he is ready to make your legal experience as smooth as possible. When he’s not in the office, Drew enjoys golfing, kayaking, hiking, and good food with his wife and family.
