Replied last May 06, 2016Unfortunately as a law firm we are not able to truly defend a review like this as we are held in strict confidence and can not reveal information about our client or the case. However, this review is far from true and this law firm is not at all responsible for the outcome of this case. The client did obtain a different attorney before the case was final, and apparently even the new lawyer could not satisfy the client. Please remember an attorney can only do so much, they are not always able to get the results the client wants, especially in family law cases. https://goo.gl/QlF5TU

“Unfortunately as an attorney, the disclosure of case specifics is prohibited. This Civil Litigation case went awry in large part because of the client's own failures. The client then blamed the lawyer. There were other factors that contributed as well, including interference by another attorney on behalf of the client. This Lawyer being faced with huge expenses and very valuable time to defend the allegations, accepted the Board's offer of settlement and consented to a public censure.”
