David L. Moss

I am a trial lawyer with over 33 years of experience representing clients in Tennessee and Georgia state and federal courts. My practice focuses on personal injury litigation and business and commercial litigation. I am a member of the Tennessee and Chattanooga Bar Associations, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. I have lectured on construction law issues at construction industry forums, continuing education seminars, and at Georgia Tech. I have taught business law at Chattanooga State Community College and trial advocacy at Emory University School of Law.

• Represented several plaintiffs in mass-tort litigation to recover damages caused by consumption of defective product
• Represented Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in litigation to recover $8.5 million in preferential and fraudulent transfers for creditors of debtor
• Represented real property owner to force release of a $268,000 lien
• Represented design-build contractor in litigation against structural engineer to recover damages caused by design defects
• Represented employer in litigation against former employee to recover misappropriated trade secrets and other confidential information, and to obtain damages caused thereby
