Kiff Leroy Newkirk

After 18 years of marriage with two beautiful children my then wife decided it was time for her to move on. I have had the pleasure of having Kiff Newkirk represent me over the past four years both with divorce representation and matters of parenting rights. I have found his knowledge, behavior and... mannerism in the office and court room second to none. In my opinion his interest as it pertained to the children’s wellbeing has always been both fair and honorable. I will without hesitation recommend Kiff Newkirk to friends and family should they need the legal expertise he possesses. In reading the negative comments below I can personally say I have never over the four years Kiff has represented me both on the phone, office and court room have been nothing but positive. I will close saying his staff also has always been proactive when dealing with them.

I just got done reading the other reviews posted by other customers of Mr. Newkirk and i have to say that YES, emotions do run very high in a child related Family Law case. Mr. Newkirk has been very straightforward and to the point with me about my case, there wasn't any beating around the bush whic...h i liked. Mr. Newkirk has appeared in court on my behalf a half dozen times or so since i hired him 10 months ago and has returned my calls promptly. True i haven't gotten my way but it was through no fault of my lawyer due to our judicial systems deficiencies.. I paid $1500 to a previous lawyer to stand before the judge and say yes sir 3 times while Mr. Newkirk has earned his pay representing me. Mr. Newkirk has performed above par and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone seeking some "real" legal help.

I have had Kiff as my divorce attorney for over a year now. He one of if not the only pleasant surprise during this extremely difficult time. After serving 30 years in the US Army including many combat deployments in both Iraq and Afghanistan I came home to one of my biggest battles of my 55 years -... the break up of my family. I was fortunate to be referred to Kiff and I have not regretted my decision to use him during this divorce. As a Colonel I had many opportunities to judge numerous individual's character and commitment. I can say without hesitation Kiff has both and more.

I hired Kiff in 2010 to get visitation rights on my child. He represented me for 2.5 years and we never saw a judge! I have receipts where I paid him OVER 10,000 dollars and he still says I owe him 13,000. how in the hell do you owe an attorney that much when they have done NOTHING for you? We have ...a totaled of 8 court dates and every single one of them always got "post poned" after he drove to juvenile court and charged me. He is worthless. After 2.5 years of falling for his head games and lies I hired another attorney who then got me more than my visitation within a 3 month time frame.

I hired this attorney due to strong sense of concern for me and childrens well -being. I have 19 times documented he has not returned phone calls ,after one year, no court date . I am very displeased with the entire offices sense of uncaring and lack of concern .I was inquiring on first visit about o...verall cost and he assured me it would not extend over twice the amount I payed upfront ,however It has now quadrupled the 1100 and he never completed necessary steps we discussed that had to be completed at beginning of case.So very disappointing after once again thought had to be a few decent guys left.I had all documents,etc for him so not alot of discovery.He appears to have staff that are severely overwhelmed so my suggestion is avoid. I was told this by another attorney but Mr. Newkirks' presentation made me feel secure.Anyway another hard life lession for this girl!
