Child custody

Been fighting to see my daughter for over a year, in two mediations she stated how she didn't like children and doesn't want kids that's when I first realized I made a huge mistake hiring her. She is not professional very rude when she is asked questions. She doesn't fight for her client or rights as... a father, she only wanted the case to be open and close once she seen no agreement was going to be made she fired herself because I wouldn't agree to the terms of my ex to make it easier on herself, she doesn't Luke going to court. Its the end of April mediation was November and found out today after Calling for several months leaving messages for her or the staff to call me back in regards to my case, her assistant called me said she dismissed herself from the case because I wanted to go to court to fight for my child. I'm a man who wants to be in my kids life and my lawyer has taken a year to ride this out and now I have no lawyer and still not able to see my child. If you want to see your kids, don't pick this lawyer to represent you! She also has to work a second job at amazon to pay her bills so what does that tell you about her lawyer skills. She personally informed me she works there out of her own mouth. She isn't worth the money she was paid, and now I'm having to get a new lawyer to fight for my child after a year! I was very patient and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt... Horrible lawyer don't hire her!

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
