My practice brings together elder law and special needs practices with high net-worth estate planning. Are you worried about paying for expensive long term care or have a family member with special needs that could lose benefits if he or she inherits? I have tools for those public benefits (such as SSI and TennCare/Medicaid) to address those problems. Worried about estate or gift taxes? There are tons of things we can do to help you there. Peter Harrison did an awesome job helping us protect our estate for the future. He is thorough and leaves nothing to chance. I would highly recommend everyone to use Peter. Estate planning is much more than having a will and Peter is extremely knowledgeable in this area. My wife and I were very impressed with his thoroughness.

Very helpful and understanding
Our requirements turned out to be considerably more complex than as originally outlined, so the cost was higher, but feel we got full value and he was efficient and very pleasant to work with.
