Biography
I have a passion for helping people! Getting your Social Security disability benefits can be a confusing and long process. I can help. I have been diligently guiding people through the Social Security disability system since 2012. I have represented claimants at all levels of the process - from the initial application through representation in federal court.
I also have extensive experiencing helping people obtain short-term and long-term disability benefits under ERISA-governed private policies. I have worked to help change the law so that claimants can stand up to the insurance companies that so often deny you your hard-earned benefits.
While working with the disabled, I learned that many of my clients are facing substantial hardships as a result of being unable to work and mounting medical debt. For several years I have helped my clients achieve debt relief and financial freedom through the bankruptcy process. If bankruptcy is not your best option, I will tell you, and seek to provide you with the alternative solutions best suited to achieving your personal financial goals.
