This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

He is real, her is honest, he is hard working.

Mr. Kirkpatrick was my lawyer for many years. He took care of Divorce, adoptions, work injury, custody, you name it, he handled it. Fair, honest upfront pricing, if anything changes he lets you know. Stays in good contact throughout process and is the hardest working lawyer I have ever seen. On top o...f that, he is real and not fake. He really cares. Could not say enough food things about Mr. Tommy Kirkpatrick.

Extremely Competent, Extremely Involved, Supurb Attorney/Client Communication

I hired Mr. Kirkpatrick for a non-contested divorce which turned into an extremely contested divorce. I was charged a fair flat fee rate and he worked out a payment plan so that I wouldn't have to sell my soul just to get away from the monster I married. Mr. Kirkpatrick was sensitive and understandin...g to my situation and any time I expressed my concerns, he listened. Any time I called, even if it was to just freak out over something my ex did or said, he listened, responded, and took actio. He always returned my phone calls (usually that same day) even when I called too much. If he was in the office, he always took my calls right away. When I was looking for an attorney to hire and I'd have to leave a message, it was like pulling teeth to get them to return my call and if I did reach them, the always seemed irritated and treated me as though I was an inconvenience. Some attorneys never even called me back. That's why I hired Mr. Kirkpatrick. I was also surprised at the amount of time and persistence he put into my case. Time after time Mr. Kirkpatrick was met with intimidation tactics from my ex husband and my ex husband's attorney but Mr. Kirkpatrick did not waiver. Any time I felt like I was just going to have a meltdown, he provided me with the strength and confidence I needed to keep from worrying myself to death and going crazy. We were always in constant contact either via telephone or letters in the mail. I always knew what was going on with my case and what steps would be taken next if this happened or that happened. My ex was extremely manipulative and very good at it. When I tried to describe him to other people, it made me look like I was just paranoid and crazy. If Mr. Kirkpatrick ever thought I was crazy, he never let it show. It wasn't long before Mr. Kirkpatrick saw first hand exactly what I was talking about. He took the time to find out for himself. I'm sure there were times that he would have rather not dealt with me but he did, every time. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Kirkpatrick. My divorce dragged out far longer than it ever should have but he hung in there, filing document after document and response after response, fighting for me. After months and months and months (of what should have taken less than 3 or 4 months) Mr. Kirkpatrick saw that dragging my divorce out was just one last way for my ex to control and manipulate me. Mr. Kirkpatrick refused to allow me to suffer even one second longer at the tactics of my ex so he submitted a very fair and final offer and made sure it was clear that it was the final offer. My ex thought he could just keep going and refused to accept the final offer. My ex's attorney withdrew but my point is, Mr. Kirkpatrick never once gave up or slacked off. I can't tell you how much I appreciate him for everything he did for me. For standing up for me on a platform where I couldn't stand up for myself.
