Good Lawyer but Could Do Better
Used Mr. Wagner to do my Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. Is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable in handling the case. Often very slow in responding to inquires or problems once the case was filed, possibly because he is very busy. But, responds quickly when chooses to do so. Had a few surprises...
