Typically these cases are handled on a contingency fee basis with no up front costs advanced by the client. With legislative reforms enacted, if you are injured on the job you need an a ttorney who knows the complexities and how to get your compensation started. Insurance companies notoriously misrepresent your benefits and will undermine your efforts to obtain a fair settlement. My fees are 20% of benefits recovered for you.
