Phillis Hegmon Rambsy

From my first meeting with Phillis, she was thorough in her explanation of what type of case I had and what the process might look like (long, stressful, etc). She communicated each step of the process, as well as her strategies/why she was suggesting the steps that she was recommending I take. Hav...ing a unique situation where I was still employed while we initiated the legal process, Phillis was understanding of the stress that came along with my circumstances, and addressed any concerns that came up accordingly. As my case moved to the mediation process, Phillis carefully detailed various scenarios that could play out so as to prepare me for a variety of outcomes. Phillis always seemed to have a genuine interest in my case and my well-being versus being focused on dollar signs (which is what I expected after making my first calls to various law firms). During the actual mediation (likely one of the most stressful days of my life, to date), Phillis took care to keep me calm & focused on a resolution, instead of allowing my emotions to take over.
