Larry Raymond Williams

Larry R. Williams is the founding partner of the law office of Larry R. Williams, PLLC, a Nashville based firm practicing in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning and probate, Social Security disability and business law. He received his B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree from Nashville School of Law in 1974. Mr. Williams has been in private practice in Nashville for more than 40 years. 

He was been an instructor at the Nashville School of Law from 1981 through 2000 and is was a well known and respected professor of Evidence. He is a member of, former First Vice-President and former member of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations. He is a Sustaining Member of the Association of Trail Lawyers of America and a former member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. In 1996 he was certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been a frequent lecturer at CLE seminars on evidence and civil trial procedure topics.

Larry is married to Marilyn Williams and the father of two sons, Jonathan, a partner in the firm, and Corey. He has three grandchildren.
