Very prompt and Conscientious lawyer

Raquel Bellamy helped us in our application for green card under EB-2 National Interest Waiver category as advanced degree professional. She was very professional and conscientious from the beginning to the end of a rather smooth and faster process than we anticipated (we have both received our cards...). She was always prompt in replying/addressing to our inquiries and concerns. She was very reliable and went beyond what was expected of her to follow-up on and help with other related immigration issues we had - always with a personal touch. We will not hesitate to recommend Raquel Bellamy to any person who needs help with immigration matters.

A+ lawyer

Raquel is very knowledgeable & professional. The Green card process can be stressful but Raquel eased our worries&made sure we were overly prepared for our interview.

An attorney who cares!

Mrs. Bellamy is very efficient in her work. Coming in her office not knowing what I should do, I brought her all my information and she was able to sort out all documents as well as help me understand what USCIS was requesting. I have now been approved and I am able to provide for my family with my ...approved employment authorization document (EAD) card. Mrs. Bellamy is an attorney who cares about her client in every phase of the process, even in the waiting period.

Lawyer Raquel was very friendly and Cooperative to finish our immigration case successfully; I and my family are happy to deal with her and we will keep in touch with her for anything else and I would recommend her to other clients.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
