Michael Kerr Walker

I hired Attorney Michael Walker for my Speed Citation that I recieved by a Wilson County State Trooper, right before Exit 221 in Hermitage. He Pulled me over for Speeding 97 Mph in a 70 mph Speed zone. I complied with everyrhing and was very respectful to the officer that pulled me over. He understoo...d my situation and for future references told me to slow down. At the end of the day I learned from my mistake. I was looking for the best direction to go, since this was my VERY FIRST ticket and first time that I will be in court for anything. I did a ton of research and decided to contact Attorney Michael Walker. We communicated through the Cell Phone (His Office), Email, and only 1 time in person (On the Court date). He listened to everything that I had to say and he would Put his best foot foward by asking me for written documents from my manager, educational documents, DMV documents, and the Citation itself. I did everything I could to send those documents to him. Whenever I emailed him, he would reply to my email and every call that I made he would pick up the phone or call me back if he was currently unavailable. His Payments are Extremely Fair and flexible for how experienced he is with his cases and handle the case. On the Court day, he gave my the receipts to my payments as well to show that I paid for his services. When the court day came, I met up with attorney Michael Walker about 20 minutes before the court doors opened. He dresses professional and speaks clearly and articulate his words and statements beyond average. We discussed more about the case and court in general. I have not been to court prior and I have idea how it run on the daily bases. Essentially he told me everything I needed to know. When my case was called, we both presented ourselves to the desk I signed a waiver. We waited in a line until my case came. When my case was in front of the judge, Michael Walker took control of merely all the speaking. He presented all the documents that I had in a professional and intelligent way. The judge asked me about my job and educational background. Ultimately, at the end of my hearing, the judge decided to let me go to an 8 hour Teen driving class, since I am currently 20. This result is thanks to Michael Walkers effort. I avoided point going on my drivers license, avoided information going to DMV records, and lastly avoided paying the ticket cost and potientially going to jail. I Highly Recommend hiring Attorney Michael Walker. He puts his best foot down for you and will do everything he can for you.
