Poor communicator
In my experience, Andy would typically take 3 weeks to reply to simple emails. I feel he incorrectly advised me on a trademark-related issue which cost me money. After numerous attempts to have my trademark approved I decided to just do it myself and had it approved the following week. I don't trust ...
