Biography
My passion is helping injured or disabled people with their injury/death or disability claims because, frankly, I have experienced many of their same challenges and hardships.
I am a lifelong Tennessee resident; I was born in Carthage, raised in Gallatin, and I attended college in Murfreesboro. I now live and work in the Nashville area with my wife and children. My background is this: my father was a career truck driver/factory worker and my mother was a teacher's assistant in the public schools. My older brother is a retired police officer. My younger brother is a self-employed carpenter. With the assistance of my wife we paid for college and law school while working full time. I am the first college graduate on either side of my family and I am the only lawyer.
My first job found me working on the opposite side of my current profession; I was a claims adjuster for an insurance company overseeing large volumes of automobile accident claims. While there I learned from the insurance company the claims process and negotiation skills. That experience provided me the ability to better understand and to evaluate personal injury claims and to identify the issues that matter. Throughout the years I have attended as many seminars and schools throughout the USA to learn from the best lawyers in the country. I am honored to help you.
