He backed out of my case when I asked him his progress because he was offended. Liened my case and caused multiple issues for a wining case. He did almost no work for the lien of thousands he put against me his own injured client. He told me to find another attorney and some staff quit while I worked... with them. I was never informed why they quit and never knew who was representing me till months later. never returned any of my calls.

My husband & I was in a car accident with another person driving. He (the driver) was very negligent. Instead of watching the road, he was more interested in talking & looking @ us.When he hit the car in front of us, I hit the front windshield & almost broke my nose. The impact was so hard that after... I busted lthe front windshield with my face, the impact snapped my head back, & I busted the back glass with my head. Resulting in my C5,C6 being crushed/bone to bone, resulting in neck surgery & I now draw disability. I don't think the monetary compensation was fair because $4070.00 along with my disabilty check will not pay my bills, or take care of my 13yr old daughter. Yes I draw a fair amount on disability , but I have worked since I was 15. LESSON LEARNED: I now will not be able to give my VERY BEAUTIFUL, VERY SMART, all aroundMY WONDERFULL DAUGHTER the things I WANT to give her. She will always get what she needs, but because she is a STRAIGHT A student who doesn't ask for too much, now since I rode with an idiot, & I can no longer work or even do things, memorable things with her like we used to. Bottom line: I 1st had BART DURHAM, & I would not refer my worse enemy to him or any of his partners, ecspecially Tony Duncan. I MOST DEFINITELY RECCOMEND MR. HENRY QUEENER & STAFF!!!! They are VERY courteous. They also get the job done quickly, Thanks Mr. Queener & your parraleagal. Y'all were great & fast, & most I WOULD RECCOMEND YOUR OFFICE TO ANYONE & EVERYONE!!!
