Client was involved in a road rage incident that they did not start. The other driver called 911 to report the incident resulting in an assault charge (A misdemeanor) and a reckless driving charge (B m ... isdemeanor). This was in a small town court, the alleged victim was very vindictive and pressed the DA to be as hard on my client as possible. I pressed harder, and these charges will be dismissed upon completion of an agreement involving classes and payment of court costs.
