Probably the worst experience I have had to date with anyone providing services. I got to the point of signing a contract to procure Susan’s services to take care of a pressing issue. After the contract was sign I truly believe the law firm and her paralegal, Lori Casteel, blinked out of existence be...cause why else would I have to text, call and leave messages to PAY. I received no contact or updates whatsoever after I signed the contract. After two weeks, I was finally able to reach Susan. She said due to the holidays, everyone was ‘out of pocket’. Ok fair, I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, even though at this point it was January 15th. When speaking with Susan she assured me that we could move forward. I asked to receive an invoice and then, you might have guessed it, nothing. I’ve never been ghosted by a lawyer before. I really just had an issue that needed handled and reached out to Susan because of the good reviews. I understand life happens, but that should be communicated, especially when building a client/lawyer relationship.
