Patricia Gardner Campbell represented me in my divorce proceeding. The first eight months of the process she exhibited great knowledge and ability. After July 8, 2010, I did not like her unethical professional practices. I did not like this attorney's negligence in procuring the Marital Dissolu...tion Agreement for me to sign, resulting in a substantial monetary loss to me. I did not like her breach of confidentiality when she handed my legal documents to an unauthorized third party. I did not like her misrepresentation of my needs to the judge on October 29, 2010. I did not like her failure to respond to my calls or emails in a timely manner. I did not like her failure to uphold responsibilities on her part contained in the Attorney/Client Retainer Agreement. I did not like the breach of fiduciary duty, at least as to my understanding of breach of fiduciary duty.
