Real estate attorneys are all around with levels of competence that vary.  I  have had John do several private closings for me recently with no agents involved, and he is certainly at the top in this field.  His paralegal Brenda is the best - aways quick to make changes and prepare side documents whe...n asked and always works accurately efficiently with the seller and buyer. Her preparation of promissory notes and help with sales contracts was most professional.  Once they start a file, you can rest assured they will handle it through to completion satisfactory to all parties.  Don’t even worry Rochford’s fees because I have found them always to be reasonable considering the high quality of his work.  He will give you consults at no charge, and his advice is right on.  Very professional office, indeed. I highly recommend him.
