Quick to communicate day or night until you hire him and give him money! We loaned $7,000 to our daughter to hire this loser. It has been the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had with an attorney for more than 6 months. While searching the process to file a complaint with the Bar association (sin...ce he has totally ghosted her for months) we found two Public Censures from the Board of Professional Responsibility already this month! Their claims are the exact claims we have… Mr. Carden has violated Rules of Professional Conduct 1.3 (diligence), 1.4 (communication), and 3.2 (expediting litigation) and is hereby Publicly Censured for these violations.

Hired Zach in December of 2021. He had very poor communication skills during the entirety of my case. I gave him an initial payment of 1k, that was to complete a non contested divorce. When my divorce circumstances changed, he wanted an additional 3k, with 1k being paid up front. I gave him a total o...f 2k. I asked him repeatedly to send me invoices for payment and he never did. We went to court in May of 2022, he sent me an email in early August of 2022 after attempting to contact him several times. It is currently October and the number listed on his website, the only number I have for him, is disconnected and he isn't responding to emails. I do not recommend this lawyer. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
