He dropped the ball on my husbands case from day one . As a result my husband spent two months incarcerated that he should not have . He didn't show up at all to one court date which forced my husbands case to be put off for a additional month he had already been held for almost two months past his o...riginal release date due to Mr Ryan not having all his cases heard within the years time my husband had already served. Even with me repeatedly asking him to file the motion for the one case he had left to be moved up since he would be done with his time. Before the court date all charges should have been run together which everything but the one was again Mr Ryan completely dropped the ball causing our family to be without my husband their father an his dying grandmother for a total of 31/2 months we shouldn't have had to live without him for. I will be filling a formal complaint with the bar in hope of preventing another family from going thru the nightmare my family has .
