Ted Austin Burkhalter

I worked with Ted for several years, believed he was a good guy and during one of the most difficult times in my life, asked him to be Trustee of my Trust. At the time, I considered him one of the few people I could trust and a friend. Just as soon as he had control of my assets, he began to miss-ap...propriate, against my express instructions, the very assets which he was supposed to be protecting. He repeatedly lied to me about the whereabouts of these assets until I caught him red handed (with a witness), and he was forced to confess his miss conduct and return the assets to me. He also used another of his own clients business info (without their knowledge), to attempt to pull off the ruse. It was almost more than I could bare. I regret that I did not pursuit legal action against him but I know how difficult it is to get attorneys to police there own kind. To this day, I do not know precisely where my assets had been placed though I did recover them and some damages as well. Be afraid of this man, very afraid!
